Product Marketing Manager
Location: EMEA - Remote

We're growing fast and looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our team—someone who loves technology, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to make a global impact.
This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with the Product, engineering, content, Sales, and other Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, technology marketing, and the use of technology in marketing. They prefer to work in an environment that emphasises ownership of GTM campaigns, collaboration, learning, curiosity, and a drive to always improve oneself / the team / the organisation. They love solving problems, getting hands-on, experimenting, measuring, and using automation to make daily life easier.

As a product marketing manager, you will:
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for a range of products.
- Lead messaging and positioning efforts ensuring our products stand out in a competitive market.
- Lead content planning with product managers —from website copy to whitepapers, blogs, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, partnering with regional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
- Launch new products and features, leading cross-functional teams to drive awareness and adoption.
- Run competitive analysis, staying ahead of market trends and evolving our positioning accordingly.
- Support the customer success team on driving customer engagement and growth, working on strategies to upsell and cross-sell across our customer base.
- Plan and execute global events, live webinars, and community meetups that align with our GTM priorities.

Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. Misión del puesto: Diseñar, liderar y ejecutar la estrategia de marketing integral de la compañía para maximizar el tráfico, la conversión y la fidelización de clientes en todos los canales (tiendas físicas, e-commerce, app, marketplaces y redes sociales), impulsando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio y el posicionamiento de marca en un entorno retail altamente competitivo.
Responsabilidades Principales
Estrategia de marketing multicanal
Definir el plan de marketing anual alineado con los objetivos comerciales (ventas, cuota de mercado, EBITDA).
Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing (ATL, BTL, digital, trade marketing).
Liderar la omnicanalidad: integración fluida entre offline y online.
Gestión de marca y posicionamiento
Desarrollar y proteger la identidad de marca (brand equity).
Supervisar campañas de imagen, lanzamientos de producto y reposicionamientos.
Coordinar con agencias creativas, de medios y PR.
Marketing digital & e-commerce
Dirigir la estrategia de adquisición (SEO, SEM, afiliados, retargeting, paid social).
Optimizar la experiencia de usuario (UX/UI) en web y app.
Impulsar programas de fidelización digital (CRM, email marketing, push notifications).
Trade marketing & activaciones en punto de venta
Diseñar promociones, escaparatismo, PLV y acciones instore.
Coordinar con equipos de ventas y visual merchandising.
Analizar sell-out y rotación por categoría y tienda.
Análisis de datos y ROI
Implementar dashboards de KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, NPS, conversión por canal).
Liderar estudios de mercado, tendencias de consumo y análisis de competencia.
Aplicar data-driven marketing (segmentación RFM, lookalike audiences, etc.).
Liderazgo de equipo
Dirigir un equipo multidisciplinar (product managers, especialistas digitales, community managers, diseñadores, etc.).
Fomentar la cultura de innovación, testing (A/B) y agilidad.
Requisitos Imprescindibles
Formación: Grado en Marketing, Publicidad, ADE o similar. Máster en Marketing Digital o Dirección Comercial (deseable).
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en marketing, de los cuales al menos 1 como Director/a o Head of Marketing en retail (moda, gran consumo, electrónica, hogar, etc.).
Conocimientos Técnicos
Dominio de Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), CDP.
Experiencia en e-commerce (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau).
Idiomas: Español nativo + inglés
Soft skills: Liderazgo, visión estratégica, orientación a resultados, creatividad, habilidades analíticas.
Se Valorará
Experiencia en transformación digital de retailers tradicionales.
Conocimiento de IA aplicada a marketing (personalización, predictive analytics).
Gestión de crisis de reputación y community management en redes.
Experiencia internacional o en cadenas con +50 tiendas.
Conocimientos básicos idioma Francés. Idioma catalán.
