At TESS Canarias we are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive with strong commercial capabilities, advanced language skills, and industry expertise to support business growth and client acquisition
Candidate Requirements:
Language Skills
- English: C1 level (spoken and written) – mandatory. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
Professional Experience & Competencies
- A strong commercial profile with a clear sales-oriented mindset.
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in cold outreach / cold calling and generating new business leads.
- Technical knowlodge on Hydraulic equipments
- High tolerance to stress and ability to perform in fast-paced and highly demanding environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident when engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and adaptability to changing situations.
- Advanced active listening skills, with the ability to detect and understand client needs.
- Solid understanding and experience in the O&G and maritime field.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in database management and market research.
