Barcelona, Spain Temporary – 12-Month Contract (Immediate Start)
About the Role: We are looking for a versatile and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Barcelona on a 12-month temporary contract. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German, Spanish, and English, have solid Excel skills, and bring some experience in finance or accounting. We’re not looking for an expert — just someone reliable, organized, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate records
• Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers
• Communicate with German-, Spanish-, and English-speaking clients to resolve billing or payment queries
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and internal finance systems
• Assist the finance team with ad-hoc administrative or reporting tasks
Requirements:
• Fluency in German, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
• Some experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
