Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment and selection, and employee relations
- Knowledge of benefits administration, and performance management
- Familiarity with compliance and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in a managerial role in the HR field is preferred
