Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will represent MCG in driving business growth for our clients on the Belgian market — from Spain. You will engage with enterprise customers, develop new opportunities and support strategic sales initiatives remotely, in close alignment with our Belgian teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in Belgium.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with client teams to translate strategy into measurable sales outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
• Represent MCG with professionalism and insight in virtual client interactions.

Profile

• Young graduate in Marketing or Sales related fields.
• High interest in developing your sales career.
• Fluent in Dutch; professional proficiency in English and French is a strong asset.
• Self-driven, analytical and commercially sharp.
• Comfortable working remotely while staying aligned with the Belgian HQ.
