As a Spanish Speaking Recruiter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting them in securing the right job placements. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to help you succeed!

Responsibilities

• Source and engage with candidates via various platforms, including social media and job boards
• Conduct initial conversations and screenings with candidates in Spanish to evaluate their qualifications
• Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to gain insights into job requirements and preferences
• Document and track candidate interactions and recruitment processes in our systems
• Participate in training sessions to develop recruitment skills and best practices
• Stay current on industry trends to enhance your recruiting capabilities
  
  

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential
• No prior recruitment experience is required; eagerness to learn is important
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates
• Interest in the recruitment industry and a desire for professional growth
• Familiarity with online platforms and social media for candidate sourcing
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A reliable internet connection and a comfortable workspace for remote work
• Commitment to participating in training programs to enhance your recruitment skills
