We are looking for a back office manager for an important multinational company.

The candidate will perform the following responsibilities

• Manage Sales team and coach agents to efficiently handle processes in scope as defined by local sales management team.
• Support agents in with dealer facing (B2B) tasks (Order, offer, schedule control, returns, credit notes, billing adjustments, complaints), as well as with management of special orders and backorders for dealers and key accounts (including VIP assistance/ shareholder business)
• Support agents in with end-consumer facing (B2C) tasks (Order, schedule control, returns, credit notes, billing adjustments, complaints).
• Follow-up on business queries
• Monitor work execution and checking/improving work results
• Develop activities to train new employees and enable onboarding
• Creation of evaluations and presentations for the department
• Drive continuous improvement activities pushing for automation and digitization of tasks.
• Ensure a premium support to B2B and B2C channels through digital support tools

Competencies/Skills for position

• Bachelor (e.g., Business administration or Engineer or IT) or equivalent higher education
• High diligence in process documentation and setup
• Strong track record of leading and coaching (small) teams
• Proven ability to work in agile, fast-growing environment and in multi-national teams
• Good ability to build relationships with business partners
• Excellent written and oral communication English. Portuguese would be highly valued.
