Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Barcelona. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with bike rentals and tours, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a delightful and memorable biking experience. Daily tasks include managing inventory, processing transactions, and promoting additional services and products, such as tours and accessories. The role also involves collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations and uphold the company's commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills, including assisting with bike rentals and providing exceptional service
• Sales abilities, including promoting and upselling tours and products
• Operational skills, such as managing inventory and processing transactions
• Passion for sustainable transportation and cycling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona
• Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is beneficial
