Role responsibilities:

As a Workday Talent and Performance Lead, you will be there to build deep, personalised relationships to help our clients and businesses thrive.

Design, build and deploy Workday Integrations to meet HR business process requirements

Drive client discussions to define the integration requirements and translate the business requirements to the technology solution

Activities include mapping business processes to support applications and defining the data entities

Selecting integration technology components and patterns

Designing the integration architecture, building and deploying Workday integrations.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management

Experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance or Learning

Must be proficient in Spanish and English
