Job Description

AECOM Western Europe are looking for a Recruiter to work across our business in Spain & Italy to enhance our service offering across our key market sectors to include Transport, Environment, Buildings and Places and Corporate.

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the region, the key aim of this role will be to deliver a fast and effective recruitment service to the business, to hire the best talent. You will become a key member of the established Western Hub Talent Acquisition team, we have a great team ethos and attitude, and we work closely with our wider HR colleagues and business managers.

In this role, you will develop strong relationships across the organisation working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Giving support to Italy & Spain markets, these will be your main duties:
  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process: refining job descriptions, identifying and sourcing candidates, screening and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Creates the candidate funnel on requisitions to provide with a slate of candidates by reviewing applications and pre-screening interviews.
  • Work with Universities to promote our brand and job vacancies
  • Participate in recruiting events when required
  • Utilize all sourcing tools available and providing innovative ideas on sourcing strategies when required.
  • Supports the Talent Acquisition team on ad-hoc projects as and when required
  • Optimizes job postings for marketability for internal and external positions
  • Actively participate in recruitment meetings with the team and the stakeholders
  • Prepares candidates for interviews by supplying as much information as possible about AECOM.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian, English and Spanish. All of them are essential for this role.
  • Previous recruitment experience, preferable in Spanish and Italian markets.
  • Knowledge in recruitment delivery of internships and Graduate Engineers, Environment roles
  • Experience attracting talent via social media & universities.
  • Data driven approach
  • Competent in building strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to deal with high pressure situations in alignment with AECOM’s behaviour model.
  • Systems savvy and ability to learn quickly - (such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Workday and Smart Recruiters).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Workday/Smart Recruiters.
  • Use of Linkedin specific recruitment tools.
  • Experience in any of these sectors: Consultancy, Design, Engineering, Construction
