For us, it’s not about the number of years of experience that you have — what’s important is how good you are and if you have the chops to prove it with your work. So feel free to apply whether you are a talented young designer or a design veteran.
What you’ll do:
- Design creative ads across Paid channels for different markets around the globe. We always look into the data and love to experiment, so you will be able to have a lot of creative freedom here!
- Design emails for our CRM channel. You will be able to have creative fun with periodical campaigns and be more focused on data and optimisation design for automatic emails that are sent out every day.
- Develop our brand style guide. We did a global re-rebranding last year, and there are still some visual fields of branding to be worked on like templates, photography, iconography, etc.
- From time to time, you will have to support other teams internally with designing visual assets like posters, infographics, brochures, swag items, or fair booths.
- If you’re into sharing your knowledge you will be able to host a design workshop with colleagues and teach them how to use design principles.
- Proven experience in designing paid ads that convert.
- Experience with designing emails for CRM channels.
- Experience in building and using style guides and design systems.
- Nice to have: designing creatives for differents/cultures markets (working with a copy provided in multiple languages)
- Nice to have: video editing and animation skills.
