The Customer Experience Senior Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving on site Customer experience for heavy bulky products and services across EU and the role can be based in UK, DE, FR, IT or ES.

Heavy bulky products (washing machines, trampolines, beds) are high consideration, and Customers often need support to find products, ensure that product fits and to locate service providers to assemble or install. This role will focus on developing features, campaigns and insights to improve the on-site Customer experience for these products and services, working on both global and EU specific initiatives.

Key expectations and responsibilities:
· Set the vision for Customer experience for heavy bulky products
· Partner with global business and tech teams to launch new features and products
· Drive awareness and sales of heavy bulky products on and off Amazon
· Support with all elements of on site Customer experience from help pages to service widgets
· Take a test and learn approach to devising and launching new Customer facing features


· Strong communication skills in written and oral English
· Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of internal groups
· Evidence of dealing with high levels of ambiguity
· Evidence of working with tech teams on Customer facing projects
· Able to work in a diverse team


· Experience working in retail, consulting or consumer products
· Language proficiency in addition to English, e.g. German, Spanish, Italian or French
· Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
· Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills
