As Regional Sales Leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of cloud technology within the largest global banks and insurance businesses. The ideal candidate will possess a technology sales management background that enables them to lead experienced global account managers. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute account plans and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets and multi-year strategic commitments and milestones.

Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders. Build the community within the Global Financial Services sales organization, create mechanisms to scale best practices across multiple strategic customers and foster collaboration across the organization.

Collaborating with sales, solutions architecture, software development and service teams. Managing our go-to-market model across multi-regions. Experience with digital journeys and leading regional demand generation programs. Experience managing and coaching a regional team across Europe.

Expertise at making data-driven decisions to deliver positive ROI. Demonstrated capacity to roll out sales strategy. Ability to think strategically and deliver high-quality work against tight deadlines. Problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


An experienced (Sr.) leader with proven experience in developing and launching Customer Enablement, Marketing & Sales programs, As “Trusted Advisor” , you will be required to partner with several teams including Operations, Pro-Serve, Training, BD team, Customer Success team, SA community, Cloud fluency, Training & Certification, your responsibility will be to manage the program end-to-end from formulating the strategy to executing and driving continuous improvement.

The position will build and land new mechanisms across multiple areas. The right candidate will earn trust through high performance, effective communication, strong record of delivering cross functional project in a timely manner.
