Based in either Madrid or Milan, our Senior Finance Analysts either partner closely with one of Amazon’s Category Leads, or work within other finance and business groups to help the company manage its strategic, financial, and operational plans.

In this role, you will:

-Partner with the IT/ES Retail projects team, assessing strategic investment opportunities and providing ongoing finance support for IT/ES-wide initiatives.

-Partner directly with one or more of our Category leaders across our Home, Leisure and/or Media businesses.

-Contribute to planning, forecasting and reporting Profit/Loss and working capital metrics.

-Perform business case analysis of new programs, deals, and acquisition proposals

-Provide decision support analysis of underlying data to support negotiating of commercial terms of contractual / vendor relationships

-Support and influence internal customer groups in all finance and accounting matters including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking and control.

Experienced finance analyst and business partner.
Demonstrable and relevant technical finance/accounting experience
Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.

-Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
-Relevant finance qualification (CIMA.ACA.ACCA) or MBA

Strong commercial experience within a business partnering role, preferably within FMCG / Retail or Technology environments
