Driver Support Lead - (French+ English language skills). Location: Barcelona
Work schedule will be Mon-Fri 5 days per week in 8-hour rotating shifts patterns (AM) – 40hrs/week

As a Driver Support Lead within the Central Operations team, your role will be to focus on last-mile operations, deal with Amazon internal and external stakeholders and drive actions to nail compliance. Your day-to-day tasks will impact millions of packages and end customers across EU, hence, attention to detail is paramount on this role.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for connecting with all EU country stakeholders and primarily focusing in the French network.
You will be accountable for cost, customer experience, and delivery service partner experience. In addition, you will be instrumental in developing best practices and standard work for the network and internally for the team. You will ensure that targets and service deadlines are met, according to regulatory requirements.
You will play a proactive role in written and verbal communication with various departments, as you maintain Amazon’s exceptionally high levels of service, both for our customers and suppliers, facilitating the flow of information between different stakeholders and resolving any potential issues that impact business continuity. We need you to step back at strategic intervals to take in the bigger picture and to be comfortable conducting research into process improvement initiatives and taking real-time decisions. You will also maintain and report up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis.
- You possess solid computer literacy skills, including the ability to understand and manage Excel data reports and performance metrics to drive business results.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English and French as native language.
- You are a solid team player and willing to roll-up your sleeves whenever needed.
- You are flexible and remain level-headed at all times, even in the face of unexpected or unplanned situations.
- Availability to adapt to a rotational shift pattern weekends included.
- You’ve already gained solid experience in a Logistics or Transportation environment.
- Microsoft Excel Advanced skills.
