The EU UTR (Under the roof) Labour planning team was established in 2018 to develop, refine and improve labour planning processes across our fast growing EU network. The team is embarking on a large scale change management program to transform the fundamentals of Labour planning practices across EU. These change management programs are going to bring about changes in ways of working for operations, staffing agencies, in station managers, human resources and multiple other stakeholders. To support this endeavor we are seeking a talented Process and Rollout Manager

The Process and Rollout Manager, EU capacity planning is a highly visibly EU role. The ideal candidate is self-starter, passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impact daily business, has a strong delivery record and experienced in driving execution in a cross-functional environment ( Project management), backed by analysis and data. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, relishes working with large transactional volumes and big data and enjoys the challenge of highly complex, and sometimes ambiguous, business context.

The role’s key focus will be working with relevant stakeholders in developing and rolling out UTR Labour planning projects to establish and introduce newer process in delivery stations across EU.
You will partner closely with multiple stakeholders (Capacity planning, Workforce Staffing, HR, Operations, Agency teams, Amazon Customer Excellence System etc.) to outline project roadmaps, change management, stakeholder alignments, finding solutions in ambiguous situations etc. You will work with stakeholders to ensure program outline is fit for purpose in our changing operations environment and continuously innovate.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders. They will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver large scale capacity planning projects across EU

· Work closely with various stakeholders to lead development of processes.

· Work closely with Multiple EU teams to ensure successful change management.
· Build metrics/reporting to measure knowledge journey throughout the learning process with a 360 feedback loop

· Ensure there is a feedback loop into EU UTR Labour planning team and Senior Leadership team


· Master’s level degree, numerate subjects, and / or MBA
· 5+ years in Project management domain.
· Strong data manipulation background and works with numbers on a daily basis and Experience with analyzing big data sets
· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record for delivering results on large, cross functional, international milestone projects
· 3+ Experience of SQL/Excel and data-driven decision making skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently to take ownership.
· Experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment or distribution center
· Familiarity with supply chain management and transportation concepts : forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics, delivery performance, carrier negotiation, inventory management, S&OP


Preferred Qualifications

· Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related technical field
· Formal project management training such as PRINCE2 or PMP
· Experience of working in a virtual team.
· Ability to influence leaders at all levels
· Recent experience in project management, handling multiple priorities, and working with varied stakeholders.
· Entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently to take ownership.
· Results-oriented , makes things happen, ability to move fast, innovate and simplify
· Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams and drive results.
· Detail orientated and excellent documentation skills.
· Strong communications and facilitation skill.
· The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities
· Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
