The Business Prime team is looking for a strong Program Manager to support key workflows required to scale and improve the overall membership experience for our global B2B customers.

Specific responsibilities include:
· Oversee processes and tools to monitor fraud, abuse, or gaming patterns with Business Prime accounts.
· Operationalize tools to manage demos for sales and marketing partners to be used with their customers.
· Work with Voice of the Customer sources to identify, triage and prioritize customer specific bugs and requests, and help resolve customer service requests where deeper product information is required.
· Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions globally.
· Create content and build mechanisms to educate customers and partner teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support) to ensure repeatable processes and effective change management.
Basic Qualifications
· 2+ years’ experience in project or program management, or related roles
· Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks and prioritize customer facing initiatives
· Strong verbal and written communications in keeping stakeholders informed
· Keen attention to detail with ability to crisply define policies, insisting on a high-bar to maintain a consistent experience for customers
Preferred Qualifications
· Hands on experience with SQL or similar data query and analysis solutions
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related experience is desired
