The Selling Partner Support team is looking for a talented, highly analytical Program Manager who has a strong passion for developing insights, setting up analysis, and creating automated dashboards and reporting. S/he will be responsible for assessing our current reporting, analytics processes to invent and simplify mechanisms and create custom reporting, and analytics automation tools. will partner with key stakeholders to be curious and comfortable digging deep into the business challenges to understand and identify insights that will enable us to figure out standards to improve our ability to improve our service. S/he will be comfortable delivering/presenting these recommended solutions by retrieving and integrating artifacts in a format that is immediately useful to improve the business decision-making process. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as an outstanding business acumen.
Responsibilities
§ Own the development and maintenance of new and existing automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
§ Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
§ Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
§ Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
§ Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
§ Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities, prescribing strategies, and guiding the improvement effort.
§ Excellent writing skills, to create documents easily digestible by business and tech partners.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
§ Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL and manipulating large data sets in a database.
§ Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.)
§ Working knowledge and hands-on experience with data modeling and data warehouse.
§ Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
§ The ideal candidate is also a self-starter, who is comfortable diving into large data sets, has a sharp eye for details, and has the ability to work in an ever-changing environment
§ Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with tight deadlines.
§ Core Program Management skills (regular updates, Program flashes, data audits, review meetings, process audits).
§ Ability to work through complex business problems and partner with internal teams with a consultative approach to put data insights into proposed actions
§ Experience earning trust and working closely with business stakeholders to understand their business problems & being customer obsessed to find solutions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
§ Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma certification is a plus
§ Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data, such as Tableau, or QuickSight
