DESCRIPTION
Amazon's People Experience and Technology (PxT) Strategic Programs team is seeking a dynamic Sr. Program Manager who is passionate about delivering global products designed to improve the associate experience across WW Consumer.

In this role you will lead global programs, enabling us to keep that commitment for WW Consumer associates, working with PxT teams to design and deploy time and attendance solutions that improve the employee experience and meet business needs. You will also participate in and lead cross-functional teams that contribute to all aspects of the Time and Attendance systems development lifecycle including design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, and operations. You will work closely with all stakeholders to drive project deliverables, provide escalation management, deliver regular communications, and allocate project resources.
Key job responsibilities
- Create and execute on the strategy, framework, roadmaps and mechanisms for pulling technology and process optimization together towards raising the bar on associate time and attendance solutions. The roadmap covers one or more lines of business within WW Consumer across all regions and countries.
- Partner with key PxT partner teams spanning Business, HR, Time & Attendance Tech, Employee Services, Workforce Staffing, A to Z and Payroll to make trade-offs between short-term needs and long-term needs.
- Identify PxT technology and process deficiencies impacting Amazon's ability to provide exceptional employee experience as it relates to time and attendance.
- Write effective narratives and presenting to senior leadership across multiple customer segments at VP level and higher.
- Demonstrate strong project management, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage projects successfully.
- Work with business owners, PxT technology, HR partners, and managers at all levels across the world to understand the voice of the customer, document requirements and timelines, and turn requirements into results by deploying solutions on time.
- Able to spot risks, ask the right questions, clear blockers, and escalate appropriately even in the presence of ambiguity.
- Strong product/program management experience
- Strong experience in business, technical, or financial project management
- Experience implementing and maintaining systems and processes in large-scale complex environments. - Specific focus in HR, Payroll, and Time and Attendance
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience working knowledge with Time and Attendance solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and ability to deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently but partner broadly
- Experience in building relationships and processes at a global level
- Proven success working remotely in a global environment
- Fundamental understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Kaizen analyses, or another approach.)
