We are seeking a committed, hands-on and progressive individual to play a critical role in the implementation of a structured occupational health management in our Fulfillment Center in Madrid, Spain.

For our new Health Team we are looking for a Health Manager.

The Health Manager will report to the WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) Reporting Line.

Your tasks:
· Analysis of local conditions and challenges and, based on that, planning, coordination and implementation of health measures and health campaigns.
· Supporting Operations & HR on Sickness Reduction Programs.
· Coordination of occupational medicine team on site.
· Close cooperation with Jefe de servicio de prevención and occupational medicine team in order to fulfill legal requirements and drive healthy working conditions.
· Interaction as a local contact with the most important key functions and interest groups within the warehouse.
· Development of suggestions and solution for improvement of our internal processes
· Collaboration with the Health Teams for the continuous improvement and standardization of our concept in EU Occupational Health Management.
· Cooperation with external partners and other organizations.


· Master’s degree in occupational health or safety management, occupational hygiene, ergonomics, applied psychosociology, health sciences, health promotion, health economics or comparable studies and relevant professional experiences.
· Experience in the implementation and realization of occupational health measures, among others in cooperation with the operational representations of employees' interests and internal key functions.
· Analytical and interpretive skills and result-oriented working method.
· Knowledge of internal communication, event organization and documentation.
· Good adaptability in a fast moving environment.
· Good verbal and written communication in English.
· Inventiveness and the ability to solve problems creatively.


· Experience in health management in industry or logistics.
· Experience and qualifications in occupational reintegration management and health care processes/projects.
· Ergonomic expertise.
· Experience in the Spanish social security system and knowledge of social and labor law.
· Experience in the implementation of process improvements in an occupational environment,
