Amazon is seeking to add a Tour Specialist to our fulfillment center public tours program in Seville SVQ1. The public tours program opens our virtual and physical doors to highlight Amazon’s amazing people, using innovative technologies to deliver on our customer promises. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills and attention to detail in providing fun and engaging fulfillment center tours both virtually and in-person. The Tour Specialist likes meeting new people, has high energy and can answer guest questions in a fun and thoughtful way.

The Tour Specialist will support the fulfillment center public tours program by providing a world-class customer experience. The Tour Specialist will work closely with their line manager in a fast-paced organization to coordinate and deliver fulfillment center tours to the public, which may include media and government officials, on a daily basis. This candidate will possess superb organizational skills and exercise good judgement with extreme attention to important details. This candidate will work effectively with internal and external stakeholders; General Managers, operations partners, vendors, and other internal teams to drive efficient and professionally run tours. This person has the ability to quickly pivot at a moment’s notice, has excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and present to large groups of stakeholders, has a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the work done, and enjoy the challenges of helping craft great experiences for our customers.

The Tour Specialist will have a proven ability, willingness, and desire to: Exercise high judgement, particularly in narrow timeframes; work autonomously and efficiently, but is judicious enough to know when to ask for help. This person will be able to foster and develop local community relationships and has the ability to learn and be curious to drive program and site level tour improvements.

Core Job Responsibilities:
-Lead the fulfillment center tours program in SVQ1 Fulfillment Center;
-Take a lead role in delivering messaging about Amazon among both internal partners and external audiences;
-Coordinate and execute fulfillment center tours; maintain ownership of tour calendar; manage billing/payments;
-Be prepared to host up to three tours a day;
-Cultivate a knowledge-sharing environment;
-Make data-driven recommendations to benefit the program; drive program improvements;
-Earn trust with site leadership and build relationships with local community groups;
-Have the ability to answer questions spontaneously.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· Fluent in English speaking and writing
· Public speaking or tour giving experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
· Experience on-camera
· Experience working with teams in different locations, promoting teamwork


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:
· PR experience in a large, global corporation
· Public speaking or tour giving experience
· Exceptional customer service focus experience
· Experience managing media relationships
· Ability to quickly adapt to a changing work environment and priorities -An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
· Experience in managing media relationships
