Key to this mission are strategic, large-scale initiatives that will allow us to scale all Covid-related topics from an HR perspective lead perfect execution for a better people experience. We are looking for an HR leader who will partner across functions and businesses lines leaders to enable initiatives and transformations from an HR point of view. This role requires both strategic and hands-on leadership, developing, implementing and executing HR standards. The regional HR Program Manager optimizes HR resource allocation, champions processes and tools simplification. He / she anticipates and mitigates risks alongside with the Operations Leadership, Health and Safety and ER Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Case Follow-Up and Monitoring: Provide site and country level visibility on Covid cases, and contact cases. In case of spikes in number of cases, provide support to sites to handle communication, reporting and monitoring

HR Technical Advisor: Act as SEU HR technical advisor to any external (unions, work medicine, social security) and internal (ER, WHS, Ops) POCs. Participate in working groups and provide a unified HR approach to the projects and initiatives.

Roll-back plan: Elaborate and coordinate the SEU roll-back plans from a HR perspective; implement a Lessons Learned mechanism to enhance Operations’ ability to deal with unexpected risks and challenges.


· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
· 5+ years cross-functional or international PM experience, handling complex initiatives
· Strong verbal and written fluency in English; an additional modern European language is desirable


Ability to travel 20% of working time is required

Good understanding of relevant employment legislation that Covid-19 crisis may impact
