The Reg Hub is looking to expand its team! We are looking for people to fill a variety of roles across our different offices. The role provides an opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the field of sustainable finance, with a particular focus on emerging sustainability regulations such as the SFDR and EU Taxonomy regulations in Europe, and new regulations emerging in North America and globally. Please see below for more information on specific roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Reg Hub team, reporting to a Director
• Play a critical role in the development of the Reg Hub
• Become the owner of the internal knowledge and serve as a thought leader
• Contribute to strategic innovation initiatives to develop new product offerings
• Coordinate efforts with other business areas
• Manage an interdisciplinary team across different geographies (Madrid, Amsterdam, London, NY)
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Degree in law or finance
• Experience in legal or legal consulting role within the financial sector
• Relevant work experience in the corporate and financial sector
• Experience with Sustainability-related regulation, including SFDR and EU Taxonomy (knowledge/experience with CSRD is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of ESG related topics, such as green finance instruments, ESG focused regulation (SFDR, Taxonomy, CSRD, SDR, SEC, etc.)
• Strong project management and solutions-orientation
