Position:Inside Sales AssociateJob Description:Arrow?s enterprise computing solutions (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company that brings innovative IT solutions to the market to solve complex business challenges.
We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to the world?s leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners that serve commercial and government markets.
Please read more about us Sales Representative will be in contact with our sales teams and directly with resellers in the Spanish territory, reporting to the Sales Manager.
You will also serve as a first contact point to some of our partners.
In this position, you do have the chance to develop our business to be even more daily work as an Inside Sales Representative consists of customer service mainly by email, supporting the Key Account Managers, and various back-office administrative tasks.
Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting the forecast of our commercial team with a continuous follow up on the development of our sales figures.
You will be also responsible for handling legal agreements and preparing a report for the Sales Director.
In order to be successful, you need to actively follow your Key Account Manager´s cases as well as orders until execution.
You will work especially closely with colleagues in we imagine you:* Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must and Portuguese is preferred.* Valuable Portuguese.* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.* You are comfortable working both independently and as a team member.* Valuable knowledge of legal documentation.* You are proactive, very extroverted, self-sufficient, and flexible.
You take responsibility for your duties, can work also under pressure, understand how details affect the big picture, and show a positive can-do attitude.
