About The Role


We are looking for a BDM to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain who will be responsible of giving support to the sales team.


Principal Accountabilities



  • Provide pre-sales technical support to and run/verify complex configurations for internal sales staff and external customers on hardware and software.
  • Answer technical support questions for customers and sales reps.
  • Configure/validate basic requests from resellers.
  • Maintain required vendor certifications.

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • College experience helpful (preferably in business, marketing, sales or similar major)
