Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, self-directed Marketing Manager to generate local customer awareness and adoption of AWS’s Cloud Computing services and solutions through high-quality, data-driven marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Iberia Marketing Team, leveraging your digital expertise to drive local customer awareness, acquisition and growth.
Work is both strategic and tactical, you will measure performance across our portfolio of digital marketing programs, championing regional best practices to identify and implement innovative new ways to improve the customer experience. As an experienced, executional marketer that is both creative and analytical, you stay connected to the details, challenging assumptions and continually testing based on data-driven insights. In this role, you will employ a heavy bias towards automation, striving for scalable efficiency, whilst ensuring customer experience is of the highest quality.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and optimising marketing campaigns to deliver impactful customer experiences. They will be highly organised, detail-oriented and adept at working with stakeholders from across the business, comfortable managing multiple priorities whilst dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
· Define the local route-to-market customer journey across a connected portfolio of digital initiatives, tailored to customer cohorts
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement the optimal customer engagement strategy
· Develop a deep understanding of local customer behaviors across our paid, earned and owned channels
· Challenge the status quo, and use data to push for the best customer experiences
· Innovate to drive local awareness, customer acquisition and growth from digital channels
· Leverage digital automation to build and scale touch-less customer adoption and growth
· Apply digital marketing best practices to optimize the customer experience, experimenting with A/B testing frameworks to drive acquisition and growth lift across targeted cohorts
· Contribute to the day-to-day management of digital marketing execution including project management, hands-on program builds, local QA and deployment - identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
· Contribute and influence the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
· Experience in digital marketing, acquisition and growth marketing
· Proven success in delivering efficient ROI of marketing investments
· Expertise across all elements of digital marketing, including omni-channel strategic planning and execution, experimenting, reporting and measurement
· A track record of staying on budget and delivering on time
· Understanding customer nuances and their engagement preferences
· Mastery of prioritization and time management, whilst ensuring high quality output
· An autonomous, self-starter that excels at sharing and collaborative learning
· Proven knowledge of Enterprise digital marketing tools preferred, including industry leading CRMs and Marketing Automation platforms
· Fluency in English and Spanish a must. Portuguese a plus. Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Knowledge of Technology industry and Cloud service providers
· Experience operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrixed global organization
· Technical proficiency preferred - ideally providing examples of hands-on execution where the candidate has personally built high quality web content
