You will be part of the Commercial Organization within the Sales & Marketing job family. This team is responsible for defining pricing strategies, driving commercial campaigns, optimizing sales channels, and supporting strategic decision-making to maximize sales and profitability. The team collaborates closely with Marketing, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure the execution of a cohesive commercial strategy.
This role in summary
This role manages one of the company’s main sales channels, leading pricing, promotions, and commercial campaigns to maximize sales, profitability, and competitiveness. It combines commercial management with strong analytical capabilities to drive high-impact business decisions.
Your responsibilities will include
- Manage and drive one of the company’s main sales channels, ensuring achievement of commercial and financial objectives.
- Define and execute pricing strategies for assigned categories/products to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Design, propose, and evaluate promotions in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams, analysing results and their impact on margins and sales.
- Plan commercial campaigns by defining prices, conditions, models, and objectives for each action.
- Analyse sales data (sell-in, sell-out, margins, turnover, stock, customer behaviour, etc.) to identify opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
- Propose initiatives to improve profitability, including catalog optimization and identification of key products.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure commercial strategies align with stock availability and market trends.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven recommendations for senior commercial management.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data interpretation and business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Spanish and English languages at C1 and above level
Preferred skills and experiences
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Data Analytics is a plus.
- Experience managing pricing, promotions, or commercial strategy in retail, FMCG, electronics, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong understanding of commercial KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, margins, stock rotation).
