- Providing support to the Operations Director in their areas of responsibility for the security, cleaning, and maintenance of the Venue
- Supervising daily corrective and preventive maintenance of all the property, minor carpentry, brickwork, plumbing, electrical, painting and other projects carried out in the Venue
- Training and supervising the Security Team and ensure appropriate cover is maintained always as well as the service is provided by security guards with a proactive behaviour with guests.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the local police, fire brigade, and ambulance services
- Overseeing communications with contracted cleaning companies and management teams
- Supervising the landscaping contract of the Venue
- Supervising and control other contracted services such as pest control, air fresheners, diaper and sanitary napkin dispensers, public telephones etc.
- Ensuring that Brands comply with the Venue's rules and regulations concerning material supply, waste disposal, use of common installations, operating hours, car parking etc.
- Assisting the Operations Director to set up, track and achieve budgets for the common costs of the Venue
- Processing purchase orders to contractors, suppliers, consumable control, and day-to-day support with the Cleaning, Security, and Car Parking Teams
- Carrying out preventative measures regarding Health and Safety issues to evaluate performance and conduct and to ensure that all Venue standards are continually monitored. To do the implementation of H&S standards and carried out the weekly recorded of inspection regarding every standard
- Completing timely legal compliance checks to include risk assessments and Health and Safety strategies
- Assisting the Operations Director in developing and maintaining partnerships with 3rd party contractors
- Focusing on service training with on-site Cleaning, Security, and Landscaping Teams
- Supporting Marketing, Retail, VM with the day-to-day movement of props and animation, as well as assist and support their different projects
- Engineering degree, previous experience in building management
- One/Two years comparable experience with a commercial or leisure centre, hospitality business or tourism environment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Exemplary operational skills & ability to work on own initiative.
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Physically fit and self-motivated.
- Able to work individually or as part of a team.
