In a dynamic Frenchy group, you will be creating from scratch an entire department of Telesales, specializing in the distribution of energy contracts, mobile phone subscriptions, Internet boxes and insurance products to French households by telephone. You will need to lead by example, bringing your team to the next level.

Vos missions

Your responsibilities and impact working as Telesales Supervisor will be:
  • Achieving the commercial sales objectives
  • Selecting, training, leading and managing a team of telemarketers (currently 10 Spanish speakers agents: evolution up to a team of 100 agents)
  • Undertaking internal / external reporting through data analysis
  • Taking care of your team's administration (holidays, attendance, timetable, anticipating absenteeism, etc.)
  • Supervising and helping agents in their daily work
Vos compétences

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • You will be amazing for this role if you are efficient in closing leads, an excellent communicator and a great mentor who leads by example
  • You are native in Spanish and ideally fluent in French
  • You have valuable experience in Account Management
  • You love building trusting relationships - both internally and externally
  • You are ambitious and KPI-driven
