Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling communications. Responsibilities include calendar and email management, travel arrangements, maintaining confidential information, organizing events, and project management tasks. The role will require proactive problem-solving, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities in alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management abilities
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication, including professional correspondence
  • Skilled in using office software programs, systems, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility, initiative, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Previous experience supporting leadership roles or in an administrative position is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or a related field
