What You Will Do In This Role
This position will provide reliable support to the customer service team, being not only an effective back up throughout the entire order to cash process, but also focusing in all the administrative after sales tasks, such as customers claims management, penalties analysis and special negotiated contributions (credit invoices and rebate credit notes issuing).
What You Can Expect
- Receive and process orders from customers in SAP
- Act as interface to accounting to ensure proper credit control; prepare Credit and Debit memos
- Work closely with finance to manage penalties from customers/pricing issues and rebate activity
- Tracking of possible discrepancies in delivery of goods to customers and processing order corrections
- Customer requests/complaints management
- Communicate with Logistics Service Providers concerning customer requests or queries and managing incidence
- As a back-up cooperate with the sales force providing and exchanging information on customers, discounts and documentation, out-of-stocks and take an active part in problem solving linked to deliveries, etc.
- New customer setup and administrative maintenance in SAP
- Bachelor or similar education (apprenticeship in commercial profession)
- Very good analytical & communication skills
- Native/Expert command of Spanish language, speaking and writing
- Good English language knowledge, speaking and writing
- Knowledge of Financial / ERP System – SAP (MM, SD) Applications - is a plus
- IT literate (good knowledge in MS Excel - mandatory)
