Talent Acquisition and HR Partner (French)

Carts Guru was founded in 2017 in Barcelona and is now a growing scale-up with customers in France, Spain, USA, and many other places across the world. Our talented team is international, representing more than 8 countries.

We are looking for an Intern for the HR Area, to join our team based in Barcelona.

Your role as a Talent Acquisition and HR Partner is:

Key responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process from the brief to the onboarding of new hires ( post, screening , interviews, follow up) 
• Building strong partnership with business stakeholders across the organization
• Ensuring a good candidate experience throughout the entire process
• Develop new sourcing techniques.
• General support to the HR area 

Qualifications: 

• Fluent in English / Spanish, French as mother tongue
• Experience in recruitment in a Tech industry and Start-up environment
• Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Results focused
• Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills (we are mostly remote at the moment!)
• Great active listening and thoughtful conversational skills; approachable
• Proficiency with tools requirements
• Love to win
• Be agile, and organized: even if you will work within a team, you can be able to do your own tasks and be the proper Master of them
