✔️ What we are looking for?

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Video Editor to join a brand-new business unit focused on delivering content for the European market. We're searching for a passionate and detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to contribute with energy, precision, and creativity.

The responsibilities of the role:

• Edit and deliver high-quality video pieces for multiple European markets.
• Follow brand guidelines and client specifications with accuracy and consistency.
• Work independently to estimate and manage editing times and workloads efficiently.
• Apply tracking and screen replacement techniques using After Effects or similar tools.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all video assets, maintaining attention to detail in every step of the process.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience as a video editor in advertising, digital media, or content production environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong experience in screen tracking, motion graphics, and graphic elements creation (graphic elements).
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver according to deadlines and volume.
• A practical test will be required to validate technical knowledge and editing skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and automation tools in video production.
• Ability to follow detailed technical and brand specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-sufficient working style.
• A positive attitude and proactive mindset.

Languages:

• English: B2 – C1

• Attention to Detail: Ensure pixel-perfect edits, smooth transitions, and tight syncing. Editors with a sharp eye for detail elevate the final product.
• Time Management & Organization: Break projects into tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines to stay reliable and efficient.
• Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with clients, directors, and teammates; listen actively, share progress, and incorporate feedback smoothly.
• Creativity & Storytelling: Infuse edits with narrative flair and visual impact; use motion graphics skillfully to create engaging content.
• Problem‑Solving & Adaptability: Troubleshoot technical or creative issues independently, pivot when needed, and stay agile in changing production environments.
