Role Purpose
The Content Producer is responsible for the end-to-end content output for clients within
our wine and spirits portfolio. Reporting to the Creative Director, and working alongside
Account Managers and the Creative Studio, this role focuses on creative content ideation
and production management that brings to life our client's digital content strategies.
You’ll be responsible for producing and managing monthly editorial calendars, overseeing
visual content development, as well bringing to life the clients voice through copywriting.
You will also be responsible for the creative briefing for advertising assets, helping to ideate
and orchestrate photo shoots, and working collaboratively to define the narrative and
creative direction that supports campaign objectives.

This role requires a mix of editorial vision, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, with a
passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the digital content landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Editorial Calendar & Content Strategy
● Owning responsibility for monthly client content calendars, working in
collaboration with the Creative Studio, and delivering to the Account Manager
● Analyze performance data to inform content planning, adjusting tone, cadence, and
format as needed.
● Drive the ideation and execution of content within the strategic direction set by the
Content Director and Creative Director.
Creative Briefing & Feedback
● Create clear content requests for the Creative Studio, ensuring the team has all
information needed, including clear objectives, audiences, tone, references, etc.
● Ensure that all creative aligns with strategic business goals.
● Collaborate with the Account Manager to define brand and campaign objectives for
paid advertising, including developing creative concepts and messaging for the Ads
Manager. While you won't manage ad budgets directly, you will be responsible for
ensuring the creative aligns with strategic business goals.

Content Production & Execution
● Use Canva and internal templates to produce simple static content (e.g. carousels,
stories) when needed.
● Manage the production pipeline of more complex content, including photography,
motion, and video assets.
● Oversee the final delivery of all visual content, maintaining consistency across social
posts, reels, ads, and campaigns, reflecting the agreed creative direction and brand
standards.
● Collaborate on content creation for one-off events, product launches, and breaking
news moments.
Creative Collaboration
● Work alongside the Content Director to develop shot lists, moodboards, and
creative concepts for new campaigns.
● Coordinate external collaborators when needed (photographers, stylists, etc.) for
shoots or campaigns.
● Review all final assets to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the content
strategy.
Content Localization
● Manage third-party translators to ensure multilingual content maintains brand voice
and cultural relevance.
Reporting & Communication
● Provide content performance insights to inform monthly client reports.
● Attend regular WIPs, internal strategy calls, and client meetings, including those
with global distributor teams.

Experience
Knowledge & Skills:
● Proven experience in designing content strategies and editorial calendars.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
● Strong project management and organizational skills.
● In-depth understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.
● Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics,
Facebook Business Manager, etc.
● Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing
campaigns.
● Working knowledge of various project management tools, such as Basecamp.
● Solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership and project management skills.
