Senior HR Specialist with English

Description
The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:
- New hires and employee´s transactions management using company´s tools
- Benefits coordinator: Health Insurance, Flexible compensation plan, Life and Accident insurance, Employee Assistance Program
- Holidays and absenteeism
- Exit process management
- Health & Safety: medical checks, H&S training, legal documents compilation, emergency and evacuation coordination and first aid assistance, coordination with our Mutual Society and the Occupational risk prevention company. COVID follow-up and return-to-office process coordinator
- Exempt policy management (art 7p IRPF)
- Disability Law fulfillment- Alternate measures certificate issuance (Manage the "Certificado de excepcionalidad")
- Immigration: inform about requirements, next steps, deadlines and official documents needed in order to apply for visas; provide travel smarts and vaccines information (vaccination centers); invitation letters issuance; provide guidance regarding paperwork needed to obtain Foreign Identification Number; assist in some paperwork before foreign consulates and some Spanish Administration bodies; monitoring of consultants who are assigned abroad in order to arrange all the paperwork necessary (A1) and meet and meet EU posted worker directive and requirements (online notifications) in coordination with our immigration services provider, the staffing team and the consultant staff.
- Onboarding process organization (coordinating with other departments in the company)
- HR Communications
- Client Platforms feeding Audits (internals & externals)
- Government inspections
- Other office activities
Profile
The chosen candidate should have the following requirements:
- A Business or HR Degree
- +5 years of experience dealing with the same tasks. It will be very important experience in Comp&Ben and Global Mobility
- High level of English is mandatory. The report will be international
- Experience in a multinational environment is desirable
- Workday knowledge is desirable
Job Offer
The first contract will be a temporary one to cover a paternity leave until January 2022. After this, the person will get a permanent one
