Position Overview


The Head of Sales&Marketing owns the overall success of Brand´s Iberia market strategy and manages the P&L and all aspects of account management and planning for region. Through strategic visionyou will lead our 360 proof of concept market strategy with an entrepreneurial spirit. Drive brand awareness and synergies across DTC, ecommerce, retail account, in partnership with our internal marketing and PR/Social teams. Will work closely with our leadership team to provide insight and execution of business plan, budgets, and overall P&L responsibilities. This position will also help ensure that market follow brand guidelines locally to build global brand image consistency, strong brand equity and business results.


Responsibilities & Duties:


Brand & Marketing Lead for the Iberia Market

·    Responsibility for developing the brand in the Iberia market, delivering sales and profit to budget and overseeing brand equity.

·    Build the overall Iberia Brand objectives & strategy

·    Work to define and implement the Iberia distribution strategy alongside the commercial and digital teams.

·    Define the Iberia marketing strategy (marketing calendar, campaigns, launches, digital marketing, brand partnerships etc.) and work closely with the senior marketing manager and the Ecom, PR&Social Media Manager and Field Visual Merchandisers teams to execute it.

·    Leverage existing global assets / content as well as identifying localized opportunities to create relevant messaging (content, campaigns) & experiences to engage further with Iberia target audience.

·    Work closely with the Field Visual Merchandisers team to ensure delivery of targets

·    Be the brand guardian in the Iberia and work closely with the commercial team, E-commerce and field team to ensure brand strategy is well executed both in-store & online.

·    Work with the global team and local PR/influencer team on the social media & influencer strategy (paid & micros): build the UK community of brand advocates, drive brand awareness and traffic to DTC, identifying new opportunities to increase reach and engagement, deploying the global core content/strategy and regionalized strategies.

·    Partner with the E-com team to build & execute the digital paid media + DTC strategy.

·    Maintain an effective internal communication flow to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed of the brand objectives / targets / strategies / information received from the Global Team.


Oversee the Iberia brand budget & financial activities, collaborating closely with all key stakeholders

·    Own the marketing budget

·    Monitor overall brand performance monthly vs target and take action to correct if necessary

·    Work closely with finance to ensure brand profitability

Be the main point of contact with the Global team based in Global Headquarter on a weekly basis to ensure a smooth communication & strong partnership:

·    Leverage the global assets / strategy.

·    Feed the global strategy with Iberia insights to influence assets / product & campaign development.

·    Ensure a seamless integration between the Global and local innovation plans.


Work closely with the Iberia Supply Chain to ensure production forecasts is accurate, considers all channels and is communicated on time to the global team.

Coach & develop Iberia PR&Social Media Manager and grow a team as the brand builds in the market. Collaborate closely with the Global Team.

·    Passionate about beauty and with a good understanding of the skincare markets and prestige retailers
