Your responsibilities:


  • Your mission will be to enlarge our portfolio of projects with great brands. In this, you will own and be entirely responsible for the full sales process, from pipeline generation all the way to implementation.
  • You will also take personal care of all events and activities that are of the sales process: meetings, presentations, proposals, site visits, RFPs management, etc. You will get support from different specialist teams in the organization. But the responsibility will be yours and we never drop the ball.
  • You will be closely involved in the implementation and ramp-up phases of the projects, handholding the client and making sure that they are listened to and supported by their new partner.
  • We will also expect you to be conscious of the importance of methodology and information systems as the tools that help us turn our successes into repeatable, transferable and scalable achievements. We learn, adapt, and evolve thanks to good data, so we’ll want you to remember this every time you log into Salesforce.


What we need you bring to the table:


  • Strong sales experience (New Business) in the BPO market. You have been at it for at least 5 years, leading sales processes and interacting with major brands.
  • Native level of Spanish, medium English.
  • You have a consultative selling approach: you don’t sell products but solutions, and that requires broader understanding of the operational side of the business to be able to work out what it is that will meet the needs of the client.
  • You have excellent skills when it comes to translate complex technical or operational content into engaging presentations to clients that connect with their needs.
  • You are also very confident in managing spreadsheets and presentation apps.
  • And in terms of your approach and work ethics, we’ll look for things like:
  • You’re focused on impact, as opposed to focused on activity.
  • You’re an eager collaborative teammate: you work for the team, you offer a hand and you seek support when in need.
  • You are solid hands-on.
  • You have a can-do attitude: you don’t say no before you’ve really tried hard enough.
