This team collaborates with our entire sales teams in EMEAR to drive sales and gain market shares in existing and new markets. Business Development Specialist is responsible for opening and/or qualifying leads according to Dassault Systèmes’ Sales Process. In this role, you will contribute to building our pipeline and revenue by generating and qualifying leads for clients within different industries to position our broad portfolio of solutions. Your mission is to find decision makers within targeted companies. Engage them on the phone, identify areas of improvement and secure face-to-face meetings for our Brand Sales teams.

Your Role
  • Proficient in completing targeted research using data from a variety of sources: Web and Internal Systems
  • Research and Identify key decision makers for targeted Initiatives & Accounts
  • Research and follow key target accounts and industry trends. Follow long and complex sales cycles.
  • Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision makers to drive the sales process forward
  • Lead qualification, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities.
  • Leverage and utilize marketing related events, seminars, mailing campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence.
  • Transform Open leads into Qualified Leads
  • Check contact & site information
  • Identify the needs and Customers Business Drivers – Direct customer or Partner contact
  • Qualify Leads by providing & justifying mandatory information as per our sales process
  • Reject or assign them to the relevant Sales Team (3DS or Partner)
Your qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • Lead generation/Telemarketing, Business Development, Field Marketing and/or Inside Sales experience
  • Ability to develop strong relationship with sales teams and colleagues
  • Ability to promote company’s value proposition demonstrated with sales goals that meet or exceed company goals
  • Enterprise Software/High Tech Industry Experience desired (experience in Cloud - SaaS preferably)
  • Aggressive self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Already based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
