Objetives

•Hunt

new strategic customers within the sectors assigned.

•Grow

new customer portfolio in terms of Gross Profit & Volume.

•Develope

assigned sectors in Gross Profit & volumes throuhg:

-Direct

hunting

-Design

sector solutions/strategy

Qualifications

-Deep understanding of global forwarding industry and knowledge on DGF products (air, ocean & customs) and biz models .

-Customer

management expertise in a multinational environment, with proven commercial

results.

-Ability

to identify customer needs and main stakeholders by gathering information and

building long-term relationships .

-Well-developed

communication and presentation skills, both in English & Spanish.

-Internal

& external networking capabilities.

-Ability

to develop value based & innovative solutions.

-Advanced

english level, both speaking & writing.

Main Functions & Responsibilities

-Identify top target customers & biz opportunites of the assigned sectors.

-Develop Win Plan

for target accounts, based on sector value propositions.

-Hunting Approach

by developing & managing customer portfolios based on consultative selling.

-Work with product

to design & develope value added services for the the assigned sectors.

-Compló with DHL sales processes; fully utilize all approved tools & processes to maximize the result of opportunities.

-Receive & share information with accuracy to ensure understanding & agreement with internal & external stakeholders.

-Prepare & share internally & with customers sector consultative presentations, including sector competitive advantages.

-Support & lead sector customer events.

-Prepare structured handover documentation and provide all relevant information to ensure proper customer implementation.

-Build and develop networks with colleagues across the business units to gain new biz/customers.

-Meet company rules, policies & service standards.
