This Group is the result of the combination of five companies to create a first in class suite of software solutions for the global Hospitality Sector. We are rooted in Hospitality and our mission is to provide to our clients with the most advanced and easy to use Back Office and Business Analytics solutions to improve their profits through the automatization and optimization of management and business operation processes.

Our aim is to continuously deliver value to our customer and due to our growth, we are looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead and facilitate all the initiatives across our products lifecycle.

 

Your mission:

 

  • Lead a talented group of people with a deep knowledge of the Hospitality Industry as well as SaaS solutions.
  • Design and facilitate communication across the company between Tech, Product and Client facing Departments. You will be able to mobilize cross-functional Teams, proposing the right processes and sharing best practices.
  • Define the management of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development and product launch.
  • Ensure the product strategy is translated into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage, motivate, and develop de team at an individual level. Actively be involved in the Recruitment Process of the new team members as well as in the Learning & Development initiatives, Development talks and Communication.
  • Develop and maintain an effective relationship with customers, stakeholders, and third parties.
  • Continuously think how to be a more efficient from cost and customer services perspective. Contribute to develop Sales strategies and Marketing Communication Plans.
  • Evaluate the product ideas coming from different stakeholders and strategize appropriate To-Market Plans.
  • Prioritize and facilitate improvement across all team processes.
  • Data analysis-focus on the data looking for trends and designing action plans to improve.
  • Be the final point of escalation to customers for the Customer Support team.
  • Relentless focus on Team Product Knowledge and improved soft skills.
  • Protect the customer experience and ensure the service delivery model is appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Teach Team, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success on the development and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organisation.

  

Requirements:

 

  • Experience leading and developing a team in a high-volume environment
  • Experience of managing service standards and customer focused KPI's
  • Persuasive and credible with internal and external key decision makers
  • An inquisitive and analytical mind who is service driven
  • Multi-lingual required (English and Spanish, French an asset)

  • Strong people skills. Ability to work well with a diverse multi-cultural environment
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and ability to take direction is a must
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active and a problem solver
