Your Work-life Opportunity
As part of the HQ Expansion team, you will play a key role in supporting and shaping our markets’ strategy as well as working on strategic projects and analysis across the markets. Expect the work to be challenging, varied and analytical.
Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will
- Provide insightful and high-quality quantitative analysis to support decision making in the context of wider business implications for all countries where Glovo is or might be present
- Create and simplify tools (dashboards and presentations) to ensure rigorous tracking of the International and Countries’ objectives and key results and proposing improvements along the way
- Create and improve BI activities of the department
- Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
- Able to turn strategic insights into actions, by supporting company/regional/country projects
- Support the International VP and management with any ad-hoc requests
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (engineering or business)
- Proven academic track record, strong business acumen, problem solver and data-driven with an analytical approach, proactive, good vibes & techie
- An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions and communicate to stakeholders
- Hands-on attitude/autonomous, you can think and work on your own and make things happen
- You have an amazing attention to detail, a great appetite to learn, and are driven to get your hands dirty
- Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and allergic to manual tasks
- G Suite expert (Sheets, Presentations), Office Suite expert (Excel), SQL knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in English
