Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies and is the world’s Fastest growing Women’s Health Company. They are now looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to join their team in Barcelona due to their continued growth.

This role is accountable for the successful development and execution of integrated healthcare communications plans and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.

This position will be responsible for helping create and implement effective downstream marketing strategies and drive execution. You will actively contribute to leading the business towards continued growth and organizational development, while building best-in-class marketing capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • P&L Efficiency, ensuring the health of the project and needs
  • Sales target per country
  • Brand awareness, engagement, and performance campaign results through the marketing funnel
  • Event promotion: success in driving event attendance, garnering media coverage of events, and building relationships with speakers and attendees.
  • Develop, plan, implement and manage the Marketing and Communications 360 Plan for the European region in collaboration with regional agencies.
  • P&L owner for the product line.
  • Sell-Out panel analysis: market, share, pricing, distribution, competitors.
  • Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as media people, clinics and surgeons.


To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:

  • 5-7 Previous working experience as Brand Manager/Product Manager.
  • Previous working experience within the beauty, health & wellbeing and/or dermo cosmetic sector.
  • Previous working experience with a scope in Europe.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Consumer-centric approach experience.
  • Capacity to analyze data and data driven to make decision and get insights on the strategy.
  • Public relations and event planning experience in coordination with communications agency
  • Excellent financial acumen including superior budgeting, forecasting, analysis.
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, market analysis, competitive analysis, consumer behaviour.
  • Experience working with media agencies.
