Project Description

Inside architecture cooperation, carry out independent projects case by case

Spain Standard & Industry key organizations

• Analysis of the public regulation, decision mechanism and the real operation
• Analysis of the former key players, the current key players, and the future key players prediction
• Analysis of the influence of the orgs to upper and down stream

Organize industry workshop and other activities as the neutral and 3rd party

• Working as the owner of industry workshop and other activities – All participating members are equal in principle. The workshop and activities could have multi sponsors.
• Deep understanding the delegates
• Define and carry out implementable multi-party win-win plan

Local feasible system integration and future commercial plan suggestion

• Capability of system integration, sales and post-sales maintenance
• Market analysis and plan

Requirements

• Strong Spain local team
• Deep understanding of Spain Standard and Industry Organizations and good relationship with the key leaders
• Deep understanding of history of Spain Standard & Industry, and capability to predict the future development of Spain standard & Industry in the middle and long term
• Organize industry workshop and other activities as the neutral and 3rd party
• Capability of local feasible system integration and future commercial plan suggestion
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred)
