- Project Lead Coordinating the planning and execution of the project from a holistic point of view (implementing corporate virtual academies with a set of online courses and residential periods),
- Corporate Client Management Leading the relationship with a large international corporate client for the implementation of the corporate virtual academy and in coordination with IE’s unit of Corporate Relations,
- Program Director Lead the operations and program management in order to ensure effective, engaging and personalized learning experiences managing the course coordinators assigned to the programs in question.
- Manage and cultivate the relationship with the corporate client to execute the implementation of the programs successfully,
- Act as point of contact (in coordination and in constant communication) with the different players (corporate client) and other IE departments involved in the operations of the program (Faculty, Learning Facilitators, Instructional Designers, Corporate Relations, Finance, Control, among others),
- Coordinate the implementation/execution of the Corporate Virtual Academies from a holistic point of view,
- Ensure an excellent student experience though the program and support professors and the teaching team in the teaching process,
- Measurement of student performance and achievements,
- Manage a program coordinator (initially) and if the program grows manage the team of program coordinators,
- Follow up on the students during the program, supporting them on their needs,
- Foster the creation of a learning community within all students participating in the master program and with the IE Alumni unit,
- Lead the development of innovative learning methodologies, application of learning analytics, efficient assessments, and other EdTech tools. Participate in the selection, implementation and deployment of technological solutions and platforms for the programs in question.
- Proven experience as a program manager and/or stakeholder management.
- The experience running online or blended programs is very valuable.
- Great capacity to structure teams and execute projects efficiently.
- Extremely well-developed interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and with a solid customer service experience focus.
- Great communication skills both oral and written, including delivering presentations to clients demonstrating poise and professionalism;
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent discipline and Master program from a recognized university or business school.
- Service/Solution/result-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude; and
- Strong commercial focus,
- Capability to work within tight deadlines, with technology and to navigate an entrepreneurial culture;
- Curious, eager to continue learning and detail oriented.
