We are looking for a part-time freelance performance marketing guru, who is experienced with different channels and budgets. You will have the great opportunity to collaborate with the team of Indy and influence the building and growth of the product, which will improve the work lives of millions of freelancers all over the world.

Freelance Performance Marketing Manager will be working with our marketing team. Please note that we are looking for someone located within 2-3 hours time difference from the CET time zone to ensure timely feedback and comfortable working hours for everyone. Estimated workload is around 60 hours per months.

In this role, you’ll
  • Place and optimize ads in Google (search & display), Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and possibly other platforms
  • Develop, design, and deploy new campaigns, collaborating with other team members and cross-functional stakeholders for various elements
  • Scale and optimize existing campaigns
  • Manage Google Analytics reporting related to the digital acquisition channel
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of budgets, campaign performance, ROAS and other channel metrics
  • Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
  • Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
  • Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met
What you’ll bring to the role
  • In depth knowledge of Google Display, Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience with targeted advertising in social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) is a big plus
  • Experience in scaling and optimizing campaigns
  • Experience with different budgets
  • Experience with retargeting
  • Reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
