Requirements:
- High level of Spanish and English.
- Experience in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, reading comprehension and active listening, teamwork, ability in computer tools, learning and organizational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be recognized as an expert in JAGGAER's procurement technology platform.
- You will be part of a global team, with bases located in different countries.
- You will learn about the different purchasing processes (tenders, auctions, savings initiatives, supplier approval, etc.).
- You will perform supplier approval processes, checking responses and documentation provided, contacting suppliers if necessary, to ensure the success of the task and complying with SLAs.
- You will perform daily tasks such as uploading reports or uploading data, for the maintenance and updating of customer systems.
- You will support customers and suppliers in the use of our technology platform, following the implemented procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You will register and typify cases in our ticketing tool, following up and escalating them, if necessary for resolution.
- Communication will be done in a professional and empathetic way with customers and colleagues.
