To support our team in our BMS – Johnson Controls business unit in Spain, we are currently looking for a:

Project Manager BMS

JCI has installed over the last years, complex integrated BMS, Security and Fire systems to key accounts in Madrid.

What You Will Do

The main goal of this position is, in close collaboration with customer, to optimize the operation of these systems. Optimization can include comfort and safety, but main area of activity is energy optimization. Therefore, this position is key in supporting customers’ journey to sustainability.

How You Will Do It

• Fine tune existing systems
• Harmonize systems across buildings
• Define standards of operation
• Validate systems output (data quality)
• Support customer in the analysis and understanding of data and key metrics
• Identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales to quote and sell these opportunities
• Collaborate with Operations to deploy the solutions associated to the opportunities
  

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Education or engineering degree (B.Sc or M.Sc.)
• Knowledge of automation systems, including communication protocols
• Knowledge of SCADA or any other supervision system
• Knowledge of air conditioning
• Electrical knowledge.
• Extensive site experience
• Project management experience
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in team management would be would be an asset.
• Structured: able to keep all stakeholders (internal and client) on the same page.
• Flexible and self-organised: to function as an implant and according to the client's pace and deadlines.
• Resilient for a long-term project
• English (preferably B2)
