ABOUT THE ROLE

JOTELULU is looking for an experienced Product Leader who excels in the Cloud Computing Space. You'll partner with our CEO and Head of Engineering, to help develop the product from a beta through public launch and beyond. This is a rare chance to help reinvent an entire space with a next-gen solution.

This is a technical and strategic role, and you should have deep experience in data systems as well as product leadership. You’ll bring together JOTELULU’s ambitious vision and our user’s input to create a cohesive product strategy and roadmap we can execute on together. Specifically, you should have these skills and abilities

WHO YOU ARE

• Seasoned PM leader with experience in accelerating high growth products
• Domain experience in Cloud Computing Space or related software development area
• Deep understanding of software development process and empathy for engineering
• Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment
• Managing a team while being hands on and detail oriented
• Exceptional product judgment, and ability to dive into GTM, Pricing, positioning, and all aspects of product development.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead strategy and execution for JOTELULU’s product, while developing and owning the product roadmap
• Partner with the founder to build a repeatable process for gathering user requirements, translating those requirements into development tasks, and communicating our product development priorities to users
• Work with Engineering, Product Design, Sales, Marketing and other functions that are also geographically distributed
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and pain points, and help prioritize and manage initiatives intended to promote industry-leading user experience and product quality
• Lead, mentor, and assist in the recruitment of product managers throughout the organization
• Stay up-to-date on Cloud industry news and trends in order to identify opportunities for new or improved products
• Manage communications between stakeholders on product goals and requirements, translating between engineering, sales, and users
• Spearhead the processes and team structures needed to scale product capabilities as we grow

YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Experience building and running a world-class product team at an early stage B2B SaaS company, preferably in the cloud space.
• Master communicator who can facilitate conversations between diverse stakeholders and manage user expectations
• Deep technical experience in both Private and Public Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, etc.)
• Strong user focus and business acumen
• Demonstrable experience developing cloud product vision, product strategy, roadmap, backlog grooming and service catalog
• Strategic thinker who brings new perspectives to the JOTELULU leadership team
• Successfully implemented data-driven processes to turn vision into an actionable roadmap
• Takes a holistic view of product management with a focus on the user experience
• Experience working with UI/UX designers from idea phase, to UI mockups, to MVP and finally live in production
• Demonstrating continuous growth in understanding customer, product, and organizational needs.
