We are looking for an Intern EHSS.

Internship for 12 months starting as soon as possible.

Localisation- Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain.

You will report directly to the EHS&S site lead McNeil Iberica to collaborate and support on the following EHS&S procedures-

• Training program (annual training plan, new hires, internal and external trainings…)
• Investigation and report of accidents/incidents.
• Internal inspection and audits to ensure compliance with legal and Company standards.
• Take part of the EHS&S Communication plan
• Be involved in specific Safety Programs (Chemical management, Contractor management,
• Noise and Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Safety machine, Process Safety
• Management, Control of permit required work, Waste management, …)
• PPE program (identify needs, acquisition of equipment, instructions to use...)
• Coordination of Business Activities to validate access of contractors.
• Documentation system to keep Company Standards and mandatory EHS regulations.
• Evacuation and emergency plan
• Risk assessment

PROFILE-

• You are a student in Bachelor or Master EHS (in Spain - Prevención de Riesgos Laborales or PRL) looking for his first internship
• No previous experience required
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and EHS Management Systems
• Comfortable networking with various individuals within the business
• We particularly appreciate your rigor, your organizational skills and your proactivity.
• Enthusiastic and autonomous, you have good interpersonal skills and a good ability to adapt, you know how to make proposals. Your desire to learn and your enthusiasm will be real assets for your development.
• You can read speak and write in English and Spanish
