What will you do

As a RGM intern, the candidate will work closely with the Sales Analytics and the Key Account Management teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and marketing investment productivity. They will assist in analyzing data, conduct market research, and implementing tools to drive revenue growth. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in revenue management and contribute to the overall success of the organization!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Analytics and KAM teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and marketing investment productivity
• Analyze data and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends
• Assist in implementing tools and models to optimize pricing, promotion, trade, and portfolio mix
• Support the team in monitoring and evaluating the efficiency of revenue growth initiatives
• Provide financial support and analysis to the RGM team and other partners

Relevant knowledge and experience-

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
• Digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Technical Competency Requirements-

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Ability to write and present clearly and persuasively in English and Spanish
